Kids Club Crown Street
Kids Club Crown Street offers a safe and happy ‘home from home’ play based environment for your child.
- Breakfast Club runs from 7.30am to the start of the school day
- After School Club runs from home time to 5.30pm
We will set your child up for the day with a healthy breakfast and provide an afternoon snack to keep them going until they get home.
Kids Club operates from the school hall with access to many other spaces such as the playground and library. So, whether it’s chilling out with a book, channeling their creative skills with yet another masterpiece or running off some energy outside, we will ensure that there is plenty on offer for your child whilst they are in our care. One thing’s for sure, our highly qualified staff will provide a range of activities that will make the time fly!
Not only will your child have extra time to play with their classmates, they’ll also have the chance to make new friends from different classes and year groups. Kids Club really is a ‘home from home’ for everyone who attends.
Booking
Bookings for Kids Club can be made via the link which will be shared in the School Newsletter to parents/carers in the Summer Term.
Please note that places are limited, and we allocate them annually. We offer regular booking patterns so that our setting can be staffed and resourced appropriately.
We keep a waiting list and encourage parents/carers to relinquish places they no longer need so we can offer them to families on our waiting list as soon as possible.

Any in-year changes to booking requests must be made in writing by email to [email protected] by 4pm on the penultimate Friday (the second to last Friday) of each half term. This allows time for amendments to patterns and charges to be made before the start of the new half term. Changes will come into effect on the first day of the following half term.
Pricing
For children in Reception onwards
- Breakfast Club – £6.50
- After School Club – £11.75
- Before and After School – £18.25

Payments
All payments will be made via MCAS (MyChildAtSchool) or by Childcare vouchers. Please use your child’s full name as the reference. We accept Childcare Vouchers and Payments made from Tax Free Childcare accounts.
Please note that no refunds or credits can be given for sessions booked but not used. Fees are reviewed annually and may be subject to change to keep the organisation’s income and expenditure in balance.

Late Collection Charge
Please note that if you are late collecting your child you will be charged at a rate of £5 per 5 minutes.
