Welcome to Summer Term in Pre-School
We are now in our final term of Pre-School term and are excited for another fun-filled term of learning and exploration. This term, we will be working to support all our children get ready for their transition to starting Reception in September.
We will continue to strive to make your child’s first experience in education special, continuing to develop their relationship with their teacher and learning support assistants, who will support them and ensure that their emotional and academic needs are met daily.
As always, our aim is for your children to become happy and confident learners and to carry their love of learning throughout their life..

Summer Bookshelf
As well as following your unique children, their interests and what engages their learning, our curriculum will be inspired by our Summer Bookshelf filled with exciting, high-quality texts, helping children to develop our Character Traits and support their learning for this term.

Through this term we will encourage the growth of new skills and resilience, as well as developing our confidence to share our thoughts and ideas. We will also begin getting ready for the next step in our education stories – the ‘Starting Reception’ chapter…
