Our Team

Lisa has spent 20 years in primary teaching and has a strong track record of securing outstanding pupil outcomes. She believes that the best educators are the best learners and having completed a Masters in Education and a Masters in Business Administration, Lisa is now studying for a PhD in Education Research. Lisa leads on Governance for the Trust and is a serving Ofsted inspector.

Heleyna trained at Gorsey Bank Primary School ten years ago, before securing a role as a Class Teacher the following year. Heleyna was the English Lead and Standards Lead before becoming Assistant Head for Pupil Outcomes in 2021. Throughout her time at Gorsey Bank she has taught across the primary phase and has a proven track record of excellent pupil outcomes at End of Key Stage 1 and End of Key Stage 2.
